The Wisconsin Rapids City Band puts on a number of special events throughout the year for the enjoyment of the community and to help foster support for the band.

One ongoing event is the sale of bottled water and ice cream during the summer concerts. There's nothing more refreshing than a nice cool drink and the taste of ice cream while enjoying a variety of great band music.

Special fund raising events are in the planning stage at this time. We'll keep you informed as the plans evolve so check back again.

Watch for our float and band in the Cranberry Blossom Festival Parade Sunday, June 26th, 2011. We are expecting to have a larger float and accomodate more musicans this year.

The annual Wisconsin Rapids City Band Benefit Concert will be Sunday July 24, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Performing Arts Center, Lincoln High School.

Listen to a thrilling hour concert by the Wisconsin Rapids City band and additional attractions. This Benefit Concert will be about Don Chesebro's legacy. Don's brother, Bob, will be a guest artist and there will be a number of surprises.
